Started by two former FR/FW Chicago presidents in 2025, Puerto Vallarta Frontrunners is a running club for the area's gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community. Our regular season is from the start of January to the end of May (LGBTQ+ Pride Week). Visitors, allies, friends, family and pets are welcome to join us as well.

We meet on Saturdays at 9 AM for weekly 5K runs during 'high season' at Los Arcos (The Arches). Los Arcos is centrally located along the Malecón in Centro in front of the Museo Naval.

We have about 20 full time members who are at all different levels of their running and walking abilities. Whether you are a beginning runner, a leisurely walker, or seasoned marathoner, we want you to run with us!

After each run/walk, many of those who ran or walked go to a nearby, modestly priced restaurant for a meal. We also participate in local races. We have also sponsored a fundraiser for the Vallarta School for Girls.
