The club is made up of approximately 20 active members with a good mix of expats and locals. The gender mix is predominently male. We meet once a week for the regular social run on Saturday mornings along Bowen Road Fitness Trail with optional coffee / breakfast afterwards. We also meet ad hoc for occasional runs and social events such a drinks, dinner, movies, etc.

Location: 5 Bowen Road, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong
Date: Saturday (weekend run)
Time: Mornings, usually 9am (earlier in summer)
