We run twice a week and all our members are welcome to all.
Wednesday has two simultaneous sessions 5K at a slower pace for those new to running and 7K for those more experienced.
Sunday we do our long run and aim for anywhere between 10K and 16K.
We occasionally run an array of different events alongside our usual runs, the best way to stay up to date is to follow the Instagram or become an official member for all the inside scoops!
