Austin Front Runners is excited to host an International Front Runners Weekend, along with the 2011 IFR Annual General Meeting during the weekend of Sept 24th and 25th, 2011.
ALL Front Runners (officers and members) are invited to this event!
Austin is a super fun and sunny town, with convenient access from everywhere. The program will include dinners, parties, picnic, party barge (tbc), and the participation to the great Austin Marathon Relay (team race in five legs all over downtown), conveniently scheduled on Sunday morning.
Participants will have the option to be hosted by local Front Runners (as long as space is available) or to book an hotel room at a negotiated rate.
Official registration will start on May 1st, but we recommend you RSVP now on Facebook to get the latest news. We expect a participation fee of about $50 ($80 if last minute) that we are going to try to lower by involving more sponsors.
